Shipping charges within the United States:
 
Dainty Baby has FREE ground shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States.
 
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
 
We ship either First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.  There is no tracking on First class mail packages and we are not responsible for lost packages. If you would like tracking please choose the priority option. We cannot mark packages as a gift.
 
SHIPPING POLICY:
 
In some cases, there is an additional charge to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for rates. We ship all orders UPS or USPS or Fedex.
Orders can take anywhere from 1-10 business days to be received. We make every effort to ship the same or the following business day.
Some items ship direct from the manufacturer at their preferred shipping method. If you have a question about your order, feel free to email at customerservice@daintybaby.com and we will be happy to assist you.
 
RETURN POLICY:
We love when our customers are satisfied with our products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase price (less shipping and handling-whether it is more or less than the shipping we charged) within 14 days (unless otherwise stated). Returns must be in unopened, unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included. PLEASE NOTE: There are no returns allowed on sale items.
 
Items shipped FREE will be refunded less actual shipping costs if returned. If the customer would like an exchange, they are responsible for shipping the item back to Dainty Baby and for the cost of the reship. Dainty Baby is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Returned item shipping charges are incurred by the customer.
 
Items received as a return by Dainty Baby and not covered by the return policy will not be credited and customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back Please email or phone for a return authorization number. Without this, your item will be refused and returned to you at your expense. This assigned number must be CLEARLY marked near the shipping label.
 
EXCHANGES:
 Customer must pay shipping charges both ways for new item. Item being exchanged will follow the policy stated above for returns. There is no free shipping on an exchange. Please return your items to:

Please include order number, name, address and reason for return. Items returned by the carrier as undeliverable/ refused are the responsibility of the customer. Customer has to contact Dainty Baby within 7 days with the reship address and they are responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Defects found 14 days or more after receipt of goods must be handled directly with the manufacturer and are not the responsibility of Dainty Baby. Please contact us at customerservice@daintybaby.com before returning any item to confirm that it is returnable.
 
DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT:
 If any product was damaged in transit, customer should notify Dainty Baby within 3 business days to process claim with the shipping agent.
 
RECEIPT OF ORDER:
Customer should notify Dainty Baby within 48 hours of receipt of order if there is a problem with their order.
